These Terms and Conditions constitute a public offer by SignAnt LLC, addressed to any individual or business ordering custom-made signage or LED display products directly from the company.
By placing and paying for an order, the Buyer fully accepts the terms outlined below.
This agreement becomes effective upon confirmation and payment of an invoice, contract, or other form of order agreement.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. SignAnt LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) provides products manufactured according to the Buyer’s individual specifications, including but not limited to signs, LED screens, and related structures.
1.2. By confirming and paying for the order, the Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. NATURE OF CUSTOM ORDERS

2.1. All products are custom-made based on specific parameters provided by the Buyer, such as dimensions, color, materials, lighting type, mounting method, and configuration.
2.2. Due to their customized nature, these products cannot be reused, resold, or returned, and are considered non-standard (custom) goods.

3. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

3.1. The Buyer has the right to:

• Cancel the order within three (3) calendar days of payment;

• Request changes to the order within three (3) calendar days of payment, provided that production has not yet started.
  3.2. After this period:

• The order cannot be canceled;

• The order cannot be modified;

• All payments become non-refundable, as production materials and labor may already be committed.

4. DELIVERY AND LIABILITY

4.1. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver or install the product within the agreed timeframe.
4.2. The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Shipping or logistics providers;

• Permitting or inspection delays;

• Government regulations or code revisions;

• Weather conditions or force majeure events (natural disasters, war, transportation interruptions, etc.).

5. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

5.1. By placing and paying for the order, the Buyer confirms that they:

• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;

• Acknowledge the custom nature of the product;

• Understand and agree that orders cannot be canceled or changed after three (3) days from payment;

• Accept that no refunds will be issued after that period;

• Recognize that the Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, permitting, or shipping processes.

6. GOVERNING LAW

6.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of South Carolina.
6.2. Any unresolved disputes shall be settled in the courts located within the jurisdiction of SignAnt LLC’s registration.
